A food blog dedicated to packing the pounds on children
We have, through the course of 3 kids, had dairy, soy, egg and corn allergies. Corn is one we are struggling with now. Since it isn't listed as one of the top allergens it can be hard to find safe foods.

Dairy. It is SO much harder for me to pack calories in without cheese/full fat yogurt as options. :-( Dairy free has tanked our weight gain here.
